Market euphoria?!
It's hard to imagine anywhere in the world where people will fight to get in to buy a flat of 500 sqft for HK$2.5m. Well, seems the HK property market is roaring back?! Its always cycles of feast/famine...really hard to tell how the market will turn when its not driven by fundamentals
