Art walk TPE

Went to Ju Ming gallery. Closed!! With notice on door saying "deliver letters to next door" -- which of coz was also closed. In fact lk like a dump through the window. Ju Ming pieces all stacked up literally. Amazingly mis managed. Not for profit I think...then two more galleries closed or just can't find. Ahhh. Did went to Eslite Gallery which has decent curators and have gd access to artists. Prob coz of Eslite own culture status in TW? They will sponsor work, get artists to go on field trips to do exclusive art work for them. Gd stuff. Well there's enough rich people in TW depsite economy hasn't grown in 10 yrs
So after all those misses, I decided to go Nat Museum to see KMT's stolen treasures from China. Since just saw an episode of Discovery on Nat Mus TW on EVA Air which was a gd intro. Nice stuff have to say. Not necessarily my fav kind of exhibits but you have to like the craftsmanship
Also went to that area behind SOGO. That Harajuku looking area. Cute. More shops now. Cafes. How come HK so useless - can't we have a few decent bookstores, CD shops, cafes? Sad. Maybe we can't get West Kln Destrict right anyways, so why not just adk Eslite to come open and rent to them for free. At least gen some tarffic and HK people will like it
