Auction result at Sothebys, Oct 5

Was at the day sale. Not all lots sold, and many at low end estimate. But apparently morning session on modern art a total bomb out. Two thirds not sold. Evening sales also bad. Many major works withdrawn, incl Zeng Fanzhi, Wang Guangyi. Thought economy is not affecting art market that much if you look at the NY Sothebys sale. But guess the poor sentiment has finally caught up here in HK
