Property madness #2: creativity or deception?

Now, what's wrong with that? We havent had 40-49 floors in HK for a very long time. Is that too much of a stretch at Conduit Road 39 by Henderson? Above 39/F is 61/F, then 63/F, 66/F, 68/F, then 88/F. Creativity! That's what we need in HK....?!

天匯的地下至 7樓是入口、會所、停車場、平台花園，住宅樓層由 8樓開始，沒有 13、 14、 24、 34等傳統「不吉利」樓層。當升降機在 39樓再上一層，竟然是 60樓。這不是升降機突然「飛」。失驚無神「飛越 21層」，只因大廈不設 40至 59樓。天匯 60樓以上，就是 61、 63、 66、 68和 88樓，實際上只是建築物的第 37至 46層。不過，售樓書詳細列出有關的樓層分佈及樓宇高度。

I actually find this to be more annoying and deceptive to buyers: 牛池灣新盤峻弦除了不設第四座，更打造成位處飛鵝山. So many new apartments in HK go without saying their locations now. You have to guess...and when they do say where they are located, it's often not what one might think...buyers beware.
