Speech at China's Ministry of Finance

Only China can do this. Funding 500 finance execs (mostly under 40) to come to study in one place, to upgrade their finance skills. With people coming in from all over China, from SOEs/private enterprises, from academia to even the press. Everyone put up in a modern campus that can easily be lifted out of Silicon Valley tech companies.

It was fun to present to the group. Surprised to hear so many were pessimistic about not just the world, but also China's economy! Most think it'd be a W shape recovery - that we'd have further down to go from here. Um....will they be right?
