Art Journal #62: Turner Prize at Tate Britain


Got a private viewing at Tate Britain, arranged through ZW. Went to the staff entrance at 9am, before the 10am official opening. SK was kind enough to give a great personal tour of works from this year's 4 artists in the Turner Prize.

Eva Rothschild's installation across the entire middle hall was powerful and amazing. Actually liked the clearly contemporary neon sign above the century old Tate Britain building, saying "Everything will be alright". How reassuring! Will have it as my wallpaper...
