Art journal #92: Sensing Nature @ Mori Art Museum

Mori seldom disappoints. Great installations. Yoshioka Tokujin's depiction of snow is dreamy but a bit superficial. Kuribayashi Takashi's alternative world atlas stimulates interesting thoughts - whats really underneath? Same idea in his washi tree out of real tree, which is also a hit with kids! Shinoda Taro's "flashing constellation" is definitely one of the most fascinating use of physics, materials, etc.

Only if HK can have exhibitions like this too...

BTW cannot help but notice the amazing video projection installations and the way it was setup by Shinoda Taro - a cube set diagonally in the room - one of the best I have seen!
