Was never too into Lee Leenam, but the exhibition at HK Art Center was visually engaging! A good illustration of his body of work (though most are new). But totally shocked to see how prices have gone up - a large 3 wind-panel piece use to cost HK$150,000 at Sothebys/Christies 2 years ago, but now just a single TV panel one cost HK$240,000!!! Seriously? Also, not too big a fan of a selling exhibition, certainly not at HK Art Center...the positioning of the Pao Gallery space allows/encourages such ambiguity?BTW, always wonder those screens that I saw at Incheon - esp at the Korean restaurant at Gate123 - is that Lee Leenam too?!
