Art journal #133: Ho Sin Tung/Tang Kwok Hin @ Goethe

Went to see Tang's works after reading the review in TimeOut HK, but ended up finding Ho's more interesting. There seems to be more political cynicism in everyone's work now? Obv true for the "Love the Future" show (which I have yet to trek my way out to see), but perhaps with the climate in HK, there'd be more?

Tang's coke vanished cans and chairs were only written up but not seen in the Goethe space - disappointing. Ho's drawings that hint at AWW were interesting, the reversed HK map took her prior works forward in a more mature direction - both of which I like.
