Its a visual explosion, with cartoon balloons, mascot dragons, ready to greet the Year Of the Dragon. But apparently I missed the other room that seemed to be taken down already by the time I got there, which is meant to have a spider web with garbage hung up, with a wheelchair in one corner. So the juxtaposition is...missing?
